I got a call out of the blue from David at Atmore Properties about a house I had inherited. I had received 10's of calls from various "flippers". I even had one who went to church with my mother come out and give me an offer, which was well below market value. I check out the reviews for Atmore Properties, which were very positive, so I called David back. Set up a time for them to come out. They were on time and professional. Very easy to deal with and we were able to work out a deal that was fair to both of us. Closing was simple and easy. Would recommend them every time and twice on Sunday. And might I add, I was in Atlanta and my sister in Dallas, and the long distance was never an issue due to how responsive and easy Moe and David were to work with.

I had many investor companies call me, but, Joe and his team won me over by there honesty and integrity. The attorney they use was by far easy and capable of handling any questions that I had. The curbside service during this pandemic was seamless. I highly recommend this company.
